Where the calls come from
South Broadway is mostly homes on a tight grid with industrial land along its edges, so the work runs two ways. Rehabs and infill builds on the residential streets keep a standard unit on site through the job, while the shops and yards along the Broadway edge order units for maintenance and demolition crews, with hand-washing added when several workers share the site.
Weekend gatherings fill out the rest. Family parties, church cookouts and block events in South Broadway backyards and lots take a deluxe flushing unit and hand-washing for the day, a lighter but regular share of the run that we drop ahead of and collect after.
Fitting units on a tight grid
Lots here are narrow and the industrial edges bring truck traffic, so placement takes a little planning. On a home site we set the unit along the drive or in the rear, off the public walk; on a commercial job we keep it inside the yard clear of loading. We check gate width for backyard drops and pick level footing so servicing is simple later and the door does not bind. On a corner parcel we keep the unit toward the quieter street and away from the loading traffic.
Choosing the right setup
A single crew, residential or commercial, is set with one standard unit, and we add hand-washing once several trades share the site or a crew grows. For a backyard party or a church cookout, the deluxe flushing model with a handwashing station is the comfortable pick.
Anything out past a weekend, a longer rehab or a maintenance run, goes on a servicing schedule so the unit stays clean and stocked without a call before every visit.
