Jobs and events in the core
Downtown work splits between construction and crowds. Fit-outs and high-rise projects want durable standard units staged where hoists and deliveries will not knock them over, often several at a time on a larger site. General contractors add hand-washing once interior trades move in, and a longer tower job keeps the same units in place for months.
The event calendar is relentless in warm months, from Public Square programming to concerts and races that end in the Flats. Those organizers order flushing units by the bank, with restroom trailers for VIP and hospitality areas where a nicer setup matters and a plain stall would look out of place.
Delivery in a dense grid
Getting a truck to a downtown address means working around one-way streets, loading zones and event road closures, so we schedule drops in the quieter windows and confirm where a unit can legally sit. On a curb or plaza placement we make sure the unit does not block a fire lane or an accessible route, and we coordinate pickup the same careful way so the street is cleared when the permit or event window ends. We label each unit and note its pickup date so nothing lingers on a downtown block past its time.
Scaling from one unit to a full event bank
A single tenant build may need just one or two restrooms, while a downtown festival can call for dozens plus trailers. We plan the count against expected attendance and the length of the event, then set a servicing rotation that keeps a high-traffic bank clean through peak hours.
For multi-day setups we return to pump and restock on a rhythm matched to the crowd, so the last afternoon looks as good as the first.
